Enjoy fast, free shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Georgia, USA via USPS and partner delivery services.

Delivery Timeline
Processing: 1 business day (Mon–Sat) · Transit: varies by shipping method (Mon–Sat) Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Mon–Sat) are processed the same day.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been registered and is being prepared for shipment.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking code via email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.
Address Changes
Address changes are only possible for a short time after placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@frankynu.com or through our live chat in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be edited or canceled once placed, as all orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you have concerns, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, allow up to two additional business days and check your tracking code for updates. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos of the issue, include a brief description of the problem, and email us at support@frankynu.com with your order number. We'll take care of it.
