Each scoop contains 10g of high-quality protein. For best results, we recommend two scoops per serving, giving you 20g of protein that may fuel your morning, support muscle recovery, keep you satisfied, and work toward your weight loss goals.
Add one or two scoops to 8oz of cold water or your favorite milk, almond or regular milk over ice works best. Shake or stir well and enjoy. No coffee machine, no blender, no prep, ready in under 60 seconds.
Franky contains whey protein concentrate, which is derived from milk, and is not suitable for those with a dairy allergy or intolerance. It is 100% gluten-free and non-GMO. Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing if you have any specific dietary concerns.
